Enjoy the beach during the day and listen to the waves roll in at night. Just a short drive to the quaint town of Portsmouth, NH. Note: This property consists of 2 units; the Bungalow is private and has it's own entrance in the back. All guests must be at least 25 years of age. *Winter Rental available January - May*

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at The Beachside Bungalow! We loved being able to walk right across the street to the beach. It's in a great location. We drove to Portsmouth for dinner one night and it was only about 10 minutes away. The house was very clean which we appreciated and it was an added bonus that we could use the washer and dryer. The hosts were very responsive and gave clear check-in and check-out instructions. We would love to come back!

Steve and Jen are great host and we have a wonderful one-week stay, just like home. The location is fantastic and the beach is just in front of the house and view is stunning, it’s convenient to drive to major towns within 30 minutes. The kitchen is big enough for Asian who love to cook during long trip, Steve provides all necessary cooking facilities even including Oliver oil. The house is very clean and we will come back again !

The beach is right across the street which is very convenient! The location came with beach chairs which was an added plus and the area is very walkable with amazing views for those who want to get some steps in

Booked Billy’s Beachside Bungalow in Rye NH for a three night stay, and couldn’t have been happier with this choice ! To start , the hosts were very responsive and helpful Any correspondence was met with an almost immediate reply . Upon arrival , discovered that we were situated in on of the most beautiful stretches of the New Hampshire coast . The area was quiet and serene ( October ) with a small park and beach across the street Lots of walkable space to enjoy the views which were incredible. Although quiet , this spot was still only a quick 10 min. trip to Portsmouth and 20 min to Kittery Maine. The property itself was well maintained and easy to find. Upon entering the Bungalow , we found ourselves in a tastefully decorated and clean space with all the amenities one would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Attention to detail was obvious, and it was clear that guest satisfaction was paramount. We hope to stay again soon !

What a fantastic experience! We are frequent AirBNB guests, and Billy's Bungalow met all our needs! So easy to be here: spotless, all the amenities we hope for, fully stocked kitchen, comfy bed, great linens, nice furnishings, perfect decor for the setting, easy walk across the street to the beach...what more could you ask for? We felt very comfortable at Billy's Beach Bungalow and it set the stage to have the most wonderful time. Steve and Jen were very responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Had a great visit! Cute little spot right across from the beach, caught the best sunset over the ocean! The house is only 10 minutes away from Portsmouth! Recommend to anyone looking for a couples get away!!

I had a great stay here. Wallis Sands State Park is right across the street. The was very quiet off season. The cottage was super clean and it had everything needed for a few nights. Thanks for creating a wonderful spot to stay.

Beautiful place, in a beautiful setting. Host was very helpful and friendly. We sat outside to eat and it’s a perfect view of the ocean. The beach is very nice and so many other parks and ocean spots. Great commute to Portsmouth. As a disabled person, I was very happy. Wonderful walkways, railings, even pull up bars on the front doorway. My husband and I had a very nice trip.

Super emplacement et bel espace. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoins. Les chaises installées derriere la maison nous donnaient une vue parfaite sur la mer et la plage. Nous avons pu y prendre notre café tous les matins. Les chaises et serviettes de plage sont une belle touche. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et répondent rapidement. C était notre premiere visite a Rye et certainement pas la dernière!
