Enjoy the beach during the day and listen to the waves roll in at night. Just a short drive to the quaint town of Portsmouth, NH. Note: This property consists of 2 units; the Bungalow is private and has it's own entrance in the back. All guests must be at least 25 years of age. *Winter Rental available January - May*

This is the best location in the seacoast. Short walk to Wallis Sands, perfect view of the ocean.
This was clean and neat. Bed was comfortable, washer and dryer came in handy. The coffee was a nice touch, as well as the granola bars and candy!
The deck was perfect for coffee in the morning.

A great location and accommodations made a for our 1 week stay just perfect all within a few hundred feet from the pristine Wallace Sands State Beach. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the sound of the waves and view of the beach.
The Bungalow was super clean and very well maintained, with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We are looking forward to a return visit next year.

We could not have been more pleased. The Bungalow was perfect for our twelve days. The Bungalow is in a very central location for exploring the NH coast and also perfect for exploration of the lower Maine coast. Great lobster in all directions. lol

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! I booked this back in April and Steve and Jen have been so great at answering any questions or concerns I had before I got there.
This place is SO GREAT! The view is PHENOMENAL!! You are literally across the street from Wallis Sands and there is a walking path across the street that brings you right to it!
Easy check- in, place was spotless, and the owners Jim and Penny are wonderful people! We didn’t know about pumping up the mattress on the couch til Jim mentioned it!
You have a tv in the bedroom as well as a super large tv in the living room! Couch pulls out into sleeper! Bed was comfy too! Plenty of hangars in the closet too! They thought of everything. They even had custom mugs that say Billy’s Beach Bungalow filled with Lindt chocolates and granola bars! Yes I took mine as you are welcome to keep them!
Talk about peace and serenity there with the nicest owners! It just doesn’t get any better than this!! BEAUTIFUL

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at The Beachside Bungalow! We loved being able to walk right across the street to the beach. It's in a great location. We drove to Portsmouth for dinner one night and it was only about 10 minutes away. The house was very clean which we appreciated and it was an added bonus that we could use the washer and dryer. The hosts were very responsive and gave clear check-in and check-out instructions. We would love to come back!

Steve and Jen are great host and we have a wonderful one-week stay, just like home. The location is fantastic and the beach is just in front of the house and view is stunning, it’s convenient to drive to major towns within 30 minutes. The kitchen is big enough for Asian who love to cook during long trip, Steve provides all necessary cooking facilities even including Oliver oil. The house is very clean and we will come back again !

The beach is right across the street which is very convenient! The location came with beach chairs which was an added plus and the area is very walkable with amazing views for those who want to get some steps in
