There is a dedicated desk and working space in the lower level den area just off the kitchen as well as a full size couch and smart TV and free WIFI. A perfect spot to get things done when you're away from your office. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, coffee maker and more for your cooking enjoyment. The refrigerator has an ice maker on the door and a dishwasher and electric range complete the necessary amenities for the modern kitchen. The dining room will comfortably seat 6. The first floor also has a full bath with stand-up shower and a family room to kick back and relax with a good book or TV. The upstairs offers 3 bedrooms and a dedicated laundry room. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen bed, dresser and full closet for clothes. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed, dresser and closet. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and a closet. There is also a full size bath with tub/shower combination. Enjoy the beautiful fenced in grounds and gardens and dine outside on the patio which is set up for outdoor BBQ's.

Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the first and second floors entirely to themselves. There is a basement, and owners storage on the 3rd floor that are restricted by guests. There is also a garage onsite that is not accessible to guests. Guest stays will not be interrupted by owner or property manager visits unless requested by the guest.
