House Rules
The Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve HOA has requested that you, as renters, be made aware of your responsibilities while renting at Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve. Please keep in mind that this beautiful community is home to many residents and although renters are welcome, it is requested that all guests abide by the following: 1. All rentals are to be a minimum of 7 consecutive days (Article 6 Sec 6.6, Condominium Declarations) 2. Maximum occupancy of 5 individuals (including children) per cottage. Renters are prohibited from inviting additional guests to the pool, community center and other amenities. 3. Animals/pets are prohibited in rental cottages. 4. All vehicles belonging to renters must: • Display a parking pass on the rearview mirror (located in the rental cottage) • Park only in designated parking spaces. • Maximum of 2 vehicles inside gated property per rental unit. 5. Use of outdoor grills within five (5) feet of a Unit is prohibited. 6. Trash/refuse must be bagged & disposed; dumpsters located at the rear of the gravel drive between Frontier Way and large field area. Please follow signs. 7. Renters are prohibited from lighting the Fire Bar at the Club House. 8. 911 Phone Land Line in cottage must remain connected. 9. Hours of Operation: • Community Center: 8am-10pm including the Game Room, Fitness Center and Library). • Pools [June-September]: 8am-10pm; Lower pool reserved for ages 18 and older from 2-10pm. 10. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult in the Community Center. 11. Children under the age of 15 are prohibited from using the Fitness Center. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at both pool areas. 12. Pool Rules: • No Glass containers are strictly prohibited from the pool area. • No food or beverages are allowed in the pool. • All trash should be carried out when leaving the pool area. • No horseplay, diving, or climbing on rocks around the pool deck. • No flotation devices allowed, except for pool noodles, and children's safety devices. • Umbrellas to be closed before leaving the pool area please. • Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. • No person visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall be permitted to enter the pool area. • No smoking or vaping at the pool area. • Earphones must be used with radio or other devices. • Additional restrictions as posted at pool area. 13. Posted construction sites and vacant units are strictly off-limits. 14. Rules & Regulations of Homeowner’s Association is to be posted in each Rental Unit. All renters are subject to CACP Homeowner’s Associate Rules and Regulations, please be sure to read in the posting carefully. 15. All renters must read & sign this RRI form, and the executed Rental Registration Form, and submit to the homeowner or the homeowner’s management company representative, prior to commencement of rental period. Homeowner and management companies are responsible to submit this form along with the Rental Registration to the CACP HOA coordinator for renters to gain access to CACP.

There are nearby biking and walking trails as well as a 6,000 sf clubhouse with pools, fitness center and game room.
