All linens and towels are provided including beach chairs, and umbrella for the beach enthusiasts.

The property is in a residential area so please be respectful of the surrounding neighbors. The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book. For stays longer than 28 days, a background check will be required after the reservation is confirmed. House rules are below: • No Smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes in the house is allowed • No Events are allowed • No Parties are allowed • No Pets are allowed • No commercial photography or filming • Quiet Hours are from 10:00pm-8:00am • Check-in window after 4:00pm • Check-out time before 11:00am • Max number of guests is 8 people

A DREAM of a kitchen. it’s the first impression you get when you enter into this beautiful home! So much so that I wish my family lived in that area for me to host Thanksgiving at this home. We had a short trip- and the hosts were super accommodating and responsive. Super easy check in and check out process. The home is immaculate! The master bedroom is upstairs and could fit a small home inside of it - it’s huge- and has a temperpedic king size mattress. two additional bedrooms upstairs - one with two twin beds and the other with one twin bed (i think they should have another king or queen size bed upstairs). there is a bedroom downstairs as well- with i believe a full or queen (again- i would upsize that bed to a king because the space could fit it and it’s more comfortable for guests when larger). close to the ocean. close to portsmouth. great all around !

Thank you for a wonderful visit! Our 3 generation family loved the big house and the big yard. Lots of grass to run around, drive toy trucks, collect acorns and moss and sticks to build small structures. And we had lots of fun at the beach playing in sand and touching the waves. Family meals together out in the screened porch. What a special time together. And special thanks to Jen and Steve for responding quickly to our questions.

Find us

It is generally safe to walk or ride your bike to the beach which is .7 miles away. Summer traffic can cause the roads to be a little more busy but there are always lots of people out biking, walking and running the streets. You can park at any of the state run park beaches for the day and walking or biking is always a good option.
