The open living space welcomes social gatherings with friends and family and the gas fireplace makes things warm and cozy on those chilly nights. There are a total of 3 bedrooms. The downstairs queen bedroom is perfect for guests who like first floor living with easy access to an 'en suite full size spa bathroom. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds, perfect for the kids or adults alike. The second full bathroom is also on the first floor just outside the twin bedroom. The upstairs offers another queen bedroom in a private and comfortable, space for those who want a little more privacy. Enjoy bbq's on the backyard patio or take a dip in the pool which is a short walk away from the cottage.

House rules

The Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve HOA has requested that you, as renters, be made aware of your responsibilities while renting at Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve. Please keep in mind that this beautiful community is home to many people and although guests are always welcome it is requested that all guests abide by the rules of the HOA. 1. All rentals are to be a minimum of 7 consecutive days (Per Article 6 Section 6.6 in the Declaration of Condominium Documents). 2. All vehicles belonging to renters must: Display a parking pass on the rearview mirror (this can be found in the rental cottage). May only park in the designated area for the rental unit. Maximum of 2 vehicles inside gated property per rental unit. 3. Maximum occupancy of 5 individuals per cottage including children. 4. No pets are allowed for rentals. 5. Use of outdoor grills within five (5) feet of a Unit is prohibited. 6. Bag all trash and dispose of in dumpsters at entrance of property. 7. Renters are prohibited from lighting the Fire Bar at the Club House. 8. 911 Phone Land Line must remain connected 9. Club House Hours of Operation: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm daily including Game Room, Fitness Center and Pool. Please close umbrellas after use. Pick up personal trash from common areas: You bring it in, you bring it out 10. No Children to be climbing on the rocks by waterfall & silo. Pool Rules: No running, diving, or backflipping. 11. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult in the clubhouse 12. Children under 15 must be accompanied by adult at pool, and Adult Swim is from 2-10 p.m. at Lower Pool only 13. No Floatation Device larger than 36”X24” allowed in pool 14. No glass containers of any kind in the pool area. 15. Fitness Center: Children 13-15 must be accompanied by adult 16. All posted construction sites and vacant units are off limits 17. Rules & Regulations of HOA will be posted in each Rental Unit 18. All Renters are subject to all Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve Homeowner’s Association Rules & Regulations 19. All Owners or Representative of Owners must have Renters read & sign the RRI Sheet, this sheet must be submitted along with the Registration to the HOA prior to commencement of rental period

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of a small closet next to the laundry area and a small room upstairs that is locked and reserved for the owners. There is also a small shed on the property that will be locked.

There are 2 dedicated parking spots for this home. This is a gated community so there is not a lot of traffic and it's a safe place for families. There are nearby biking and walking trails as well as a 6,000 sf clubhouse with pools, fitness center and game room.
