The place was beautiful and exactly as advertised. It was Incredibly clean, Steve was a great host and super helpful throughout the entire process. Would recommend to everyone and I’ll definitely be staying again in the near future.

This home is in a lovely, safe, gated community right off Rte 1. Very accessible to all the things we wanted to do in the area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook a nice meal & make baked goods. There was also a generous supply of consumables such as paper goods & cleaning products. Steve & Jen were extremely helpful & responsive. I highly recommend a stay here.

What a wonderful experience! Beautiful location with lots to do. Right by the Saco River (one of my favorite rivers). There is a LOT to do within the area. Steve and Jen were excellent communicators and answered our questions promptly.

Spent a beautiful few days in mid April at this beach side oasis! It was easy to find, peaceful, and just as described. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. Brought my bike with me and biked down the coast for some of the most glorious views you could hope for! Highly recommend. I look forward to returning when the temps are a bit more summery! Thank you Jen and Steve!

Steve & Jen were great hosts. I didn’t need to bother them because everything was exactly as they did it would be! Ocean view, peaceful back deck with gas grill. TVs in living & bedrooms. Just very relaxing…I will be back and highly recommend this gem on the coast! Scott S

We had a fantastic experience at Steve & Jen's house in Rye. Their communication was phenomenal and they're super friendly. Jen worked with us on the arrival and the house was even more gorgeous and spacious than in the photos (hard to believe). The location is incredible - so close to the beach, wonderful restaurants, and Portsmouth was a ten minute drive. So close to great stuff for kids like the nearby beaches, the children's museum in Dover, the Seacoast Museum in Rye, etc. I would not hesitate to come back to this serene getaway or recommend it to others. Thank you!

We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Kittery. It was exactly as described and had all the amenities we needed. Great location, friendly neighbors, and it will be our first choice should we return in the future.

What a comfortable, quiet spot! Very conveniently located, right up the street from downtown Kittery Foreside, which oozes character, chock full of nice restaurants and shops. Plenty of natural beauty nearby, and historic Portsmouth is right there. The house has a lot of nice touches, with blackout curtains and luggage racks in the bedrooms, plenty of plugs for your gadgets, free coffee and chocolates! I highly recommend this house, we would definitely return.

What a great place to stay! It has a great view of Wallis Sands! The bungalow was even better than described. Everything in the listing for the property was on point. I hope to stay here again in the future! Thanks again!
