What a great place to stay! It has a great view of Wallis Sands! The bungalow was even better than described. Everything in the listing for the property was on point. I hope to stay here again in the future! Thanks again!

A DREAM of a kitchen. it’s the first impression you get when you enter into this beautiful home! So much so that I wish my family lived in that area for me to host Thanksgiving at this home. We had a short trip- and the hosts were super accommodating and responsive. Super easy check in and check out process. The home is immaculate! The master bedroom is upstairs and could fit a small home inside of it - it’s huge- and has a temperpedic king size mattress. two additional bedrooms upstairs - one with two twin beds and the other with one twin bed (i think they should have another king or queen size bed upstairs). there is a bedroom downstairs as well- with i believe a full or queen (again- i would upsize that bed to a king because the space could fit it and it’s more comfortable for guests when larger). close to the ocean. close to portsmouth. great all around !

Perfect location! As described by the host, it is a private apartment toward the back of the house. There’s a gentle sloping ramp and then about five steps up to the deck and door. I stayed in November and there was a lot of light coming through the windows. :) The area is beautiful and peaceful, with the beach just across the street. I loved that the accommodations had an en suite washer dryer and printed guest book with listings for emergency care, restaurants, and fun things to do. Everything was very clean. I would definitely stay here again! Arrive in daylight if you can because the Billy’s bungalow signs are much easier to see then.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, homey feel. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Being able to cook meals in the kitchen and grill outside was a huge plus, and the extra amenities like the gym were the cherry on top. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up — would definitely stay here again!

The place was amazing so clean and everything worked great. Steve and Jen were always available to help. The tv worked great the bed was so comfortable I had an awesome time and would recommend it to anyone who asked about where to stay. The beach was literally across the street. Steve and Jen were wonderful hosts and the place was perfect for us. The sunrise and sunset ocean pics I took were stunning. Great place to stay, we would stay here again no doubt. 5 star in ever way.

Steve's place in Kittery is charming, comfortable and located in a cute neighborhood right next to the bridge that connects Kittery to Portsmouth. We were there to celebrate my son and daughter-in-law's film at the NH film festival. We left our cars in the driveway and walked into Portsmouth each day, sometimes making several trips. It really was about as perfect a location as you could find. As for the house, it is exactly as listed, plenty of room for the 6 of us with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting rooms. I would recommend this listing without hesitation!

Beautiful cottage that was extremely well stocked. We dined in a couple of times and found everything needed in the kitchen. The 2 king sized beds were perfect! Note that one bathroom is set up to serve both bedrooms (Jack and Jill) so one couple took the 2nd bathroom on main floor. Beautifully decorated in a very safe and quiet area, but close to everything on the southern coast. Steve and Jen were very quick to respond to any questions. Both couples highly recommend!

My family stayed in Steve’s place during our New England trip and we were so happy to have a place with a full kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. The full kitchen was really nice and gave us the chance to cook in—it was very well stocked! We would absolutely recommend other families stay here.

Steve and Jen were both absolutely wonderful hosts! Both were extremely communicative, responsive, informative, welcoming, and accommodating. They areclearly very experienced in hosting and the house was beyond well equipped with absolutely everything, especially the kitchen, which, unlike many other houses on Airbnb, was fully equipped with all possible needed cooking utensils and appliances, and even stoced with common spices etc. to make cooking that much easier. The home is also beautifully well maintained. A truly absolutely charming antiqur colonial fully updated with all moderate amenities yet retaining all the charm of the beautiful seaside Maine home. Every room from living rooms to bedrooms was fully stocked with extra blankets and pillows to make everything feel just like home. Really can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was in every way. Would recommend their home to absolutely anyone. You won't be disappointed! Thanks again to Jen & Steve for everthing!
