For a celebration of my 70th birthday, I decided to go to an area I hadn't visited before. I found this home in Kittery, ME. I had my best friend and my daughter with me to celebrate and we together can be quite picky about certain things, having all been travelers. We found this house and the area quite to our liking. My daughter & friend walked across the bridge several times to Portsmouth, NH. There were many shops and places to eat that satisfied us all. Those 2 are vegetarian so we like to get food from groceries to prepare some of the time. We all like coffee & tea and have to have the best of both. There were bookstores and clothing stores nearby as well as all sorts of dining. The house reminded me of my grandmother's family home in the Midwest. It felt good so that we enjoyed eating breakfast there as well as some dinners. I would prefer not to have stairs, but got my exercise. I loved sitting outside on the front porch in the swing. I think we used each room. Lovely

This is the best location in the seacoast. Short walk to Wallis Sands, perfect view of the ocean. This was clean and neat. Bed was comfortable, washer and dryer came in handy. The coffee was a nice touch, as well as the granola bars and candy! The deck was perfect for coffee in the morning.

A great location and accommodations made a for our 1 week stay just perfect all within a few hundred feet from the pristine Wallace Sands State Beach. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the sound of the waves and view of the beach. The Bungalow was super clean and very well maintained, with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We are looking forward to a return visit next year.

We had an fabulous time on our girl's trip exploring the area and using this house as our home base. So convenient to downtown Portsmouth, and a breeze to drive up to Kennebunkport and beyond if you prefer. Excellent breakfast at Lil's Cafe. We could have easily walked there. The house was clean and comfortable, and the communication was definitely 5 stars. Would 100% stay again and recommend it. Thank you!

We could not have been more pleased. The Bungalow was perfect for our twelve days. The Bungalow is in a very central location for exploring the NH coast and also perfect for exploration of the lower Maine coast. Great lobster in all directions. lol We hope to return. BK and DL

Jen and Steve were great, very communicative which was reassuring when traveling a long distance, especially with young kids. the location was quiet and everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. would absolutely recommend this home for your vacation!

It’s very modern, clean and well stocked. We had a great time! Swam, sat outside at night, saw a deer in the back while having our morning coffee. Quiet and peaceful.

Thank you for a wonderful visit! Our 3 generation family loved the big house and the big yard. Lots of grass to run around, drive toy trucks, collect acorns and moss and sticks to build small structures. And we had lots of fun at the beach playing in sand and touching the waves. Family meals together out in the screened porch. What a special time together. And special thanks to Jen and Steve for responding quickly to our questions.

Wonderful location at condo resort right across from Attiash ski mountain and down the road from Storyland and North Conway. This 2nd floor unit was well cleaned, organized, and stocked with essentials. It has a balcony porch off the living room that looked right at the train tracks with the Conway scenic railway coming thru a few times during the day much to the kids’ enjoyment. Only thing I didn’t expect is that the larger bunk room bedroom has a curtain instead of a real door.

Great stay. Our second time in this neighborhood and it was nice being so close to the pool area for our kids. Steve and Jen were very responsive and helpful and the place is very clean, comfortable, and efficient. Note that this place is not super little kid-friendly. This is not a knock at all, as it doesn't claim to be, but I know it can be useful for parents in reading reviews. They have big beautiful antique furniture we coached the kids (1 and 5) around. It's definitely doable and having the pool and the outdoors nearby of course compensates for this, but FYI to parents!
